Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in air export logistics
- Strong knowledge of air freight operations and international shipping regulations
- Proficiency in shipping software and document preparation
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm

- Proficiency with shipping software and document preparation

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of air export shipments including pickup booking and final delivery
- Prepare process and verify all necessary export documentation such as commercial invoices packing lists and customs declarations
- Coordinate with airlines freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth and compliant operations
- Monitor shipments in transit and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers
- Resolve any shipping-related issues such as delays or discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping records and databases
- Stay informed of international trade regulations customs procedures and air freight trends
