Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Substantial experience in a high-volume call center environment preferably within medical assistance, travel support, or emergency response sectors
  • Fluency in English
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 call center environment
  • Ability to work approximately three shifts per week including day and night shifts
  • Physical capacity to engage in extended periods of workstation activity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle stress and adapt to changing protocols and scenarios
  • Proficiency in additional languages preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Further education or certifications related to healthcare, risk management, or customer service is advantageous
  • Substantial experience in a high-volume call center environment, preferably within medical assistance, travel support, or emergency response sectors
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable
  • Strong command of written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Advanced computer literacy including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask using various technology platforms
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Manage diverse and complex medical, security, and travel assistance cases
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple departments and international teams
  • Process assistance requests in accordance with company protocols and quality standards
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel, medical care, and security conditions
  • Document case details accurately and ensure confidentiality
  • Adhere to quality assurance measures and contribute to service improvements
  • Uphold the reputation and reliability of MedAire in the aviation and maritime sectors
