- able to pass a ten-year background check to obtain a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal

Job Duties
- Coordinate the activities of specific airlines
- receive and disperse communication regarding assigned accounts
- monitor the assembly process for changes and adherence to standards for assigned accounts
- become proficient and knowledgeable in food specifications for assigned accounts
- provide timely and accurate information regarding schedule changes to all departments
- establish, develop, and maintain good relationships with local station and catering representatives of assigned accounts
- manage equipment levels and order supplies
- inspect galley loading procedures for assigned customers
- audit flights for quality
- interact positively with flight crews representing LSG Sky Chefs commitment to the customer
- perform other duties as assigned
