Job Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in international business supply chain or related field
- 2 plus years of experience in international logistics trade compliance or shipping documentation
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms export import regulations and customs procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and resolve issues promptly

Job Duties
- Prepare and verify all international shipping documents including commercial invoices packing lists bills of lading and certificates of origin
- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations customs requirements and company policies
- Coordinate with freight forwarders customs brokers and carriers to ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Maintain detailed records of all international shipments for audits and reporting
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and customs-related issues promptly
- Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and improve efficiency
