Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in oil and gas logistics and field operations
- Valid passport for international travel
- Strong knowledge of global shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%

Job Duties
- Manage international shipping, customs clearance, and transportation of equipment and materials
- Develop and implement operational plans tailored to regional client needs, regulatory environments, and logistical constraints
- Manage tracer service execution including planning, deployment, sampling, and reporting across international sites
- Lead field teams in executing service jobs, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality
- Build relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and local field contractors
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
- Monitor operational expenses and optimize logistics and field service costs
- Collaborate with sales and engineering to plan field deployments and mobilizations
- Develop contingency plans for field disruptions and logistics delays
- Monitor KPIs, service quality, and cost efficiency across regional operations
