Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in oil and gas logistics and field operations
  • Valid passport for international travel
  • Strong knowledge of global shipping regulations and customs procedures
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%

  • Valid passport is required for occasional international travel
  • Strong knowledge of global shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures
  • Proven leadership in managing field teams and remote operations
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%

Job Duties

  • Manage international shipping, customs clearance, and transportation of equipment and materials
  • Develop and implement operational plans tailored to regional client needs, regulatory environments, and logistical constraints
  • Manage tracer service execution including planning, deployment, sampling, and reporting across international sites
  • Lead field teams in executing service jobs, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality
  • Build relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and local field contractors
  • Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
  • Monitor operational expenses and optimize logistics and field service costs
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering to plan field deployments and mobilizations
  • Develop contingency plans for field disruptions and logistics delays
  • Monitor KPIs, service quality, and cost efficiency across regional operations
