Job Duties
- Assist with ocean export and import shipments including bookings scheduling and tracking
- Support air export and import operations ensuring timely cargo handling and documentation
- Learn and handle export filing in the automated export system (AES)
- Prepare review and process shipping and customs documentation
- Communicate with carriers airlines ocean lines truckers and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients
- Assist with rate requests quotations and billing
- Gain knowledge of international trade regulations Incoterms and compliance requirements
