Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in export or international trade environment
- Experience with Schedule B and ECCN classification
- Knowledge of ITAR, EAR regulations
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP B1
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to perform denied party screenings
- Team player with adaptability to change
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of direct experience in export or international trade environment
- Export certification preferred but not required
- Experience with hardware products, tools and paints with global exposure is a plus
- Proficiency with Schedule B and ECCN classification
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP B1
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to set priorities and follow-up effectively
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team oriented with strong collaboration ability
Job Duties
- Perform tariff classification utilizing the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), Schedule B, and Import-Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) as needed
- File AES declarations to U.S. Customs and Border Protection
- Collaborate to gather shipping documents and support audits of export shipments
- Maintain compliance knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and other government agencies
- Perform Denied Party Screening for exports
- Support internal teams in optimizing export compliance processes
- Complete other assigned tasks as directed
