Job Requirements
- Valid Minnesota Driver's License
- Fluent in English, including speaking, reading, and understanding
- Strong organizational skills capable of multitasking and prioritizing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with focus on quality and improvement
- Flexible to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience preferred

- Ability to speak, read, and understand English fluently

- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by flight schedules
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Job Duties
- Verify that all catering items meet airline specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with flight operations and scheduling teams to determine catering requirements for each international flight
- Conduct thorough inspections of catering carts, ensuring completeness, cleanliness, and compliance with safety protocols
- Address any discrepancies or issues promptly to ensure a smooth and seamless catering operation
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols throughout the catering process to ensure the health and well-being of passengers and crew
