Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified prior to start
  • Minimum of twelve years flying experience
  • At least 5000 hours total flight time
  • Minimum 2500 hours of jet time
  • International flight experience including Europe, Asia and South America
  • Current ATP certificate
  • Valid US passport
  • FAA first class medical
  • FCC radio license
  • Legal authorization to work in the country without visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Twelve years flying experience with a minimum of 5000 total flight hours and 2500 jet hours
  • International flying experience to Europe, Asia and South America
  • Current ATP certificate
  • Valid US passport
  • FAA first class medical certificate
  • FCC radio license
  • Experience with Part 91 corporate flying
  • Large cabin Gulfstream type rating
  • Military flight training
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

Job Duties

  • Lead a motivated flight crew and aircraft to accomplish both international and domestic air travel
  • Implement company, aviation, FAA and ICAO policies, rules and regulations
  • Determine best practices to ensure safe, efficient and secure travel for specific mission requirements
  • Support 3M company’s mission
  • Maintain readiness and willingness to be on-call
  • Coordinate international flight planning and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with export control laws and security standards
