Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization to work in the United States
- Minimum age as per airline policy
- Ability to meet physical fitness requirements
- Willingness to relocate or commute to San Jose, CA
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to safety and high service standards
- Strong interpersonal and cultural sensitivity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Cabin Crew training preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional inflight service while ensuring passenger safety
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Maintain composure and effective communication in diverse operational conditions
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and leadership to provide seamless guest experiences
- Complete elite training at Qatar Airways Cabin Crew Academy including safety procedures and customer care
- Represent Qatar Airways brand with grace and confidence throughout flights
- Uphold safety standards and company policies during all phases of flights
