Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen and fostering an inclusive environment
  • Develop kitchen associates and hold team accountable constructively
  • Implement effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
  • Supervise set-up and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • Conduct line checks, training, and ensure recipe adherence
  • Manage expo and cook times to maintain high standards
  • Enforce safety and sanitation practices while maintaining immaculate facilities
