Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen and fostering an inclusive environment
- Develop kitchen associates and hold team accountable constructively
- Implement effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
- Supervise set-up and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- Conduct line checks, training, and ensure recipe adherence
- Manage expo and cook times to maintain high standards
- Enforce safety and sanitation practices while maintaining immaculate facilities
