Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Driving our high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen and fostering an inclusive environment
- Implementing effective security protocols to ensure the safety of employees and guests
- Supervising kitchen set-up and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- Ensuring all menu items are prepared according to recipes and presented to high standards
- Enforcing safety and sanitation practices to maintain immaculate kitchen facilities
- Acting as a role model and fostering a passionate, fun culture within the restaurant
- Supporting continuous learning and development of kitchen associates
