Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Driving our high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen and fostering an inclusive environment
  • Implementing effective security protocols to ensure the safety of employees and guests
  • Supervising kitchen set-up and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • Ensuring all menu items are prepared according to recipes and presented to high standards
  • Enforcing safety and sanitation practices to maintain immaculate kitchen facilities
  • Acting as a role model and fostering a passionate, fun culture within the restaurant
  • Supporting continuous learning and development of kitchen associates
