Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen, foster an inclusive environment, develop kitchen associates, hold the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way
  • Implement effective security protocols to ensure the safety of employees and guests
  • Drive restaurant results by supervising food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste, ensure line checks, training, recipe adherence, expo management, and cook times
  • Take pride in presenting quality food by ensuring menu items are made according to recipe and presentation standards
  • Enforce safety and sanitation practices by maintaining immaculate facilities and demonstrating a passion for excellence
  • Live the company principles and beliefs by fostering a positive and fun culture and supporting balanced lives for the team members
