Job Requirements

  • Must be a current Bloomin' Brands employee
  • Minimum of two years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of two years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of two years experience in polished casual or fine dining preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen, foster an inclusive environment and develop kitchen associates
  • Implement effective security protocols ensuring safety of employees and guests
  • Drive restaurant results by supervising kitchen setup and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • Ensure line checks, testing, training, recipe adherence, expo management, cook times and cooking standards
  • Present quality food ensuring all menu items meet recipe and high presentation standards
  • Enforce safety and sanitation practices and maintain immaculate facilities
  • Live Fleming's Principles and Beliefs by being a role model and fostering a passionate culture of fun and support
