Job Requirements
- Must be a current Bloomin' Brands employee
- Minimum of two years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
- Minimum of two years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen, foster an inclusive environment and develop kitchen associates
- Implement effective security protocols ensuring safety of employees and guests
- Drive restaurant results by supervising kitchen setup and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- Ensure line checks, testing, training, recipe adherence, expo management, cook times and cooking standards
- Present quality food ensuring all menu items meet recipe and high presentation standards
- Enforce safety and sanitation practices and maintain immaculate facilities
- Live Fleming's Principles and Beliefs by being a role model and fostering a passionate culture of fun and support
