Job Requirements

  • You must be a current Bloomin' Brands employee to apply
  • Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen
  • foster an inclusive work environment
  • develop kitchen associates and hold the team accountable constructively
  • implement effective security protocols for employee and guest safety
  • supervise kitchen set-up and food production to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • ensure recipe adherence, conduct line checks, manage expo and cooking times
  • present quality food consistently according to brand standards
  • enforce safety and sanitation practices maintaining clean and safe facilities
  • live and promote company principles and a passionate team culture
