Job Requirements
- You must be a current Bloomin' Brands employee to apply
- Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen
- foster an inclusive work environment
- develop kitchen associates and hold the team accountable constructively
- implement effective security protocols for employee and guest safety
- supervise kitchen set-up and food production to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- ensure recipe adherence, conduct line checks, manage expo and cooking times
- present quality food consistently according to brand standards
- enforce safety and sanitation practices maintaining clean and safe facilities
- live and promote company principles and a passionate team culture
