- MD or DO degree
- board certified in Internal Medicine
- active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- minimum of 3 years outpatient primary care experience
- clean malpractice record
- willingness to provide high level of patient care
- tech savvy with ability to learn new systems
- excellent communication skills
- adaptability and teamwork
- valid Florida medical license
- ability to work flexible call schedule
- commitment to wellness and prevention principles
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- serve as primary care physician for patient panel
- diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases affecting internal organs and systems
- provide comprehensive care and manage chronic conditions
- offer preventative services and health optimization
- be available 24/7 to patients via phone and messaging except during approved leave
- perform direct patient care in office setting
- conduct courtesy rounds in local hospitals as patient advocate
- participate in community events as practice ambassador
- coordinate care and facilitate communication among staff
- document patient encounters accurately in electronic medical records
- promptly communicate test results to patients
- collaborate effectively with clinical and non-clinical team members
