Job Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine
- MD or DO in internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, or related specialty
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally

Job Duties
- Manage primary care physicians and nurse practitioners
- Oversee patient care for seniors with multiple chronic diseases
- Implement and champion value-based care initiatives
- Lead center operations including financial and clinical performance
- Participate in leadership and medical director training programs
- Coordinate with inhouse consulting specialists such as cardiology and podiatry
- Support holistic health services and patient transportation logistics
