Job Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine
- Education from an accredited medical school (MD or DO) in internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, or a related specialty
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric or family practice setting
- Preferred leadership experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel locally and regionally

Job Duties
- Manage primary care physicians and nurse practitioners
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure delivery of value-based care
- Lead and participate in PCP Black Belt Training and leadership development programs
- Manage a small patient panel of up to 240 senior patients with multiple chronic diseases
- Coordinate with in-house consulting specialists and holistic health providers
- Monitor center financial performance and participate in sales and growth initiatives
- Ensure consistent communication and collaboration across clinical and operational teams
