Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • minimum 3 years of event management experience
  • proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Cvent, and Zoom Webinar
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • willingness to travel 20-30% as required
  • eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage event requests and serve as the first point of contact for all internal event inquiries
  • support the planning and execution of company-wide virtual meetings, town halls, and offsite gatherings
  • partner with cross-functional teams to identify event needs, objectives, and deliverables
  • coordinate logistics including scheduling, vendor management, venue booking, catering, AV, and technical setup
  • assist with developing event communications and promotional materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • monitor event budgets, track expenses, and provide post-event reporting and analysis
  • maintain an organized system of event documentation, timelines, and best practices
  • support continuous improvement of event processes by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for innovation
