- proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus

Job Duties
- Coordinating in-field conferences, event support, sponsorships and memberships
- partnering with outside sales field to create a Lakeshore-branded booth presence
- submitting registration, sponsorship, membership information requests
- shipping materials including signage, collateral, supplies and products
- prioritizing incoming calls, chats and emails from other departments, representatives and customers
