  • High school diploma, GED, or HSED
  • Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or closely related major with a graduation date after June 2026
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8

Job Duties

  • Learn full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, selection, hiring and onboarding
  • Train on the use of applicant tracking system and sourcing tools
  • Assist with recruitment marketing and utilizing social media to attract viable talent
  • Work with team members to build talent pipelines and develop competitor analysis
  • Support the coordination of virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Participate in talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding initiatives and recruitment event planning
  • Assist with the creation of recruitment-related reports and analytics
  • Develop a working relationship with business unit leaders and Shared Services Teams
