Job Duties
- Learn full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, selection, hiring and onboarding
- Train on the use of applicant tracking system and sourcing tools
- Assist with recruitment marketing and utilizing social media to attract viable talent
- Work with team members to build talent pipelines and develop competitor analysis
- Support the coordination of virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Participate in talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding initiatives and recruitment event planning
- Assist with the creation of recruitment-related reports and analytics
- Develop a working relationship with business unit leaders and Shared Services Teams
