Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to complete a vocational baking and pastry education program
- Currently enrolled PRCI tribal member
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
- Ability to analyze problems and interpret technical instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in environments with noise, heat, and smoke exposure
- Ability to work with kitchen tools and equipment safely

Job Duties
- Work collaboratively with management and training staff to complete internship tasks

- Work assigned shifts as required for hands-on training
- Prepare and bake various breads, cakes, and desserts using established recipes
- Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Keep workspace clean and sanitary in accordance with state health regulations
