Job Requirements

  • Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in professional aviation or a related field, with a focus on becoming a pilot
  • Private Pilot license with 50 hours minimum flight time
  • Versed in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and work independently
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship
  • Must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Update and maintain digital library of pilot records
  • Analyze Flight Ops delay data and draw conclusions regarding potential opportunities for improvement
  • Provide base support for all current pilot bases
  • Partner with inflight on crew events and activities
  • Provide records retention oversight for chief pilot office in compliance of policies
  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative functions of a dynamic work environment
