Job Requirements
- Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in professional aviation or a related field, with a focus on becoming a pilot
- Private Pilot license with 50 hours minimum flight time
- Versed in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and work independently
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship
- Must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Update and maintain digital library of pilot records
- Analyze Flight Ops delay data and draw conclusions regarding potential opportunities for improvement
- Provide base support for all current pilot bases
- Partner with inflight on crew events and activities
- Provide records retention oversight for chief pilot office in compliance of policies
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative functions of a dynamic work environment
