Job Requirements
- Working toward a bachelor's degree in professional aviation or a related field, with a focus on becoming a pilot
- private pilot license with 50 hours minimum flight time
- versed in microsoft office products (word, excel and powerpoint)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to prioritize projects and work independently
- currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship
- must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age of 18
- must be authorized to work in the u.s

Job Duties
- Update and maintain digital library of pilot records
- analyze flight ops delay data and draw conclusions regarding potential opportunities for improvement
- provide base support for all current pilot bases
- partner with inflight on crew events and activities
- provide records retention oversight for chief pilot office in compliance of policies
- assist in the day-to-day administrative functions of a dynamic work environment
