Job Requirements

  • Working toward a bachelor's degree in professional aviation or a related field, with a focus on becoming a pilot
  • private pilot license with 50 hours minimum flight time
  • versed in microsoft office products (word, excel and powerpoint)
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to prioritize projects and work independently
  • currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship
  • must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum age of 18
  • must be authorized to work in the u.s

Job Duties

  • Update and maintain digital library of pilot records
  • analyze flight ops delay data and draw conclusions regarding potential opportunities for improvement
  • provide base support for all current pilot bases
  • partner with inflight on crew events and activities
  • provide records retention oversight for chief pilot office in compliance of policies
  • assist in the day-to-day administrative functions of a dynamic work environment
