Job Requirements
- Must be an enrolled member of the Picayune Rancheria of Chukchansi Indians

- able to work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels and exposure to smoke on the casino floor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- previous experience in a food and beverage department preferred
- previous customer service experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, recipes, operating instructions, and procedural manuals
- ability to speak effectively with customers and team members
- ability to perform basic mathematical operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to apply common sense and carry out detailed instructions
- ability to work well in standardized situations and problem-solve as needed
Job Duties
- Interacts effectively with the public and team members
- perform excellent customer service at all times
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- mix and serve beverages in a service station capacity to beverage and food servers promptly and efficiently
- participate in receiving and issuing liquor and supplies with a Beverage Manager or Supervisor
- maintain accurate tracking and inventories of spirits and wines
- maintain a neat and clean bar station continually
- monitor guest needs and ensure all requests are promptly fulfilled
- maintain knowledge of ABC Codes, the Dram Shop Act and bartender's responsibilities and rights
- complete Alcohol Awareness Training and pass associated test
- comply with health and sanitation standards and maintain food safety certification
- understand all gaming and beverage regulations applicable
- work collaboratively with beverage servers, barbacks, beverage stewards, supervisors, and other team members to ensure efficient operations
- maintain consistent and regular attendance
- perform any reasonable requests by management
