Job Requirements
- Ability to start in Winter or Spring cohort
- Willingness to undergo Ramp Control and Deicing Procedures training
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid work authorization for the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or operational experience is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic knowledge of airport operations or aviation industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Job Duties
- Assist in pre-planning and monitoring aircraft deicing/anti-icing procedures
- Act as primary contact for coordination of aircraft deicing/anti-icing services
- Maintain daily roster of estimated flight interruptions and deicing vehicle requirements
- Communicate remote deicing locations to ramp controllers
- Coordinate aircraft locations via deicing platform (Icelink) to pad commanders
- Manage movement of all operating aircraft within Delta controlled ground movement areas
- Serve as primary contact between FAA, ATC, Airport Authority, Terminal Operator, and Delta for aircraft movement coordination
