Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in customer service or entertainment industry roles or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of event space best practices and safety
  • Knowledge of safe use of chemical cleaning products
  • Able to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Availability to work nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or one year of experience in customer service or entertainment industry roles or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of event space best practices and safety
  • Knowledge of safe use of chemical cleaning products
  • Able to work effectively with a variety of diverse groups of individuals and members of the public
  • Experience with concert or event space customer service preferred
  • Able to work nights and weekends preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve as House Manager during events supervising student usher staff
  • Provide additional event support in custodial services
  • Assist Directors and production staff as needed
  • Troubleshoot routine guest and operational questions
  • Attend bi-weekly production meetings with non-student venue staff
  • Serve as a roaming usher during events
  • Support event staff by providing coverage for breaks
  • Assist with overall event flow and guest experience
