Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in customer service or entertainment industry roles or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of event space best practices and safety
- Knowledge of safe use of chemical cleaning products
- Able to work effectively with diverse groups
- Availability to work nights and weekends

- High School diploma or one year of experience in customer service or entertainment industry roles or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of event space best practices and safety
- Knowledge of safe use of chemical cleaning products
- Able to work effectively with a variety of diverse groups of individuals and members of the public
- Experience with concert or event space customer service preferred
- Able to work nights and weekends preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as House Manager during events supervising student usher staff
- Provide additional event support in custodial services
- Assist Directors and production staff as needed
- Troubleshoot routine guest and operational questions
- Attend bi-weekly production meetings with non-student venue staff
- Serve as a roaming usher during events
- Support event staff by providing coverage for breaks
- Assist with overall event flow and guest experience
