Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years line cooking experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or hotel cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Willingness to undergo background check

Job Qualifications

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Previous line cook experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently at a single station
  • Strong desire to satisfy customer needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate single kitchen stations independently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Assist in inventory control and stock management
