Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience
- Grilling station experience required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and to lift moderate weight
- California Food Handlers Certification
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage single kitchen stations independently
Job Qualifications

- Refined verbal communication skills
- 2 years of previous line experience preferred
- Grilling station experience required
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills
- Able to work single station in the kitchen
- Grilling and sauté station experience required
- Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
- California Food Handlers Certification required
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Manage and operate single kitchen stations efficiently
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- Follow health and safety guidelines including food handling and sanitation
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in training and supervision activities
- Adapt to flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
