Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- authorized to work in the United States
- valid driver’s license required by airport authority to operate vehicles or equipment
- must pass FAA criminal background checks for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
- secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
- access to reliable transportation
- capable of reading and understanding flight schedules
- adhere to safety measures including wearing mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE)
- follow company rules and regulations as outlined in the employee handbook
- demonstrate respectful and courteous behavior to coworkers, airline personnel, and passengers
- proper uniform attire required
- able to walk, bend, stoop, lift, reach, and push for extended periods during shift
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- able to work in confined spaces
- able to climb stairs as required
- exposure to inclement weather
- adherence to reporting protocols for injuries and irregular activities
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- authorized to work in the United States

- secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
- demonstrate respectful and helpful behavior to fellow employees, airline personnel, passengers, and other company employees
- adherence to safety protocols including wearing mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE)
- proper uniform attire required during work
- must sign or clock in/out at the beginning and end of scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Perform tasks as assigned by the lead or supervisor and outlined in the scope of work
- remove all trash from aircraft
- clean and restock all lavatories
- clean galley, all seats, seat back pockets, tray tables, and replace soiled magazines and sick bags
- conduct thorough security searches and submit all lost and found items to the immediate supervisor
- review and adhere to safety instructions when operating and driving ground equipment
- maintain company vehicles in a well-organized and clean manner, assist in pre and post operation inspections of vehicles during the assigned shift
- review posted updates on cabin cleaning or ramp operations before each shift begins
- ensure all break room areas, warehouse areas, and dock areas are clean and free of debris
- perform duties in a consistently safe manner, ensuring no damage occurs to company vehicles, airline vehicles or equipment and aircraft
- report any injury or property damage immediately to shift supervisor and provide written statements as requested regarding any such injury or damages
- immediately notify shift supervisor of any irregular activities that may impact service to airline partners
