- Bsn degree required
- Minimum three years similar experience in acute care hospital
- California rn license required
- Proficiency with Cerner emr
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in building spreadsheets
- Ability to perform chart reviews
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Valid California Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of three years experience in acute care hospital quality or patient safety roles
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Experience with Cerner electronic medical records
- Proven ability in process improvement and quality initiatives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Manage data from cardiac related registries
- Perform chart reviews for patient safety and quality assurance
- Analyze and graph data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on quality enhancement
- Coordinate quality and patient safety programs across hospital departments
- Collaborate with clinical teams to implement safety protocols
- Prepare reports for hospital administration and regulatory compliance
