Job Requirements

At least two years of experience working in a kitchen environment
understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team
self-motivated and organized

Job Qualifications

At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation
knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with the restaurant team
self-motivated, organized, and professional
ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
strong customer service skills

Job Duties

Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
work with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply operations
secure items in time for food preparation
ensure leftovers are stored correctly
maintain inventory levels
communicate effectively with restaurant team members
maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen
