Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience working in a kitchen environment
- understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications
- At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation
- knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with the restaurant team
- self-motivated, organized, and professional
- ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- work with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply operations
- secure items in time for food preparation
- ensure leftovers are stored correctly
- maintain inventory levels
- communicate effectively with restaurant team members
- maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen
