Job Requirements
- minimum 1 year progressive relevant consumer-facing marketing experience
- specific experience within an integrated marketing structure preferred
- proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- strong organizational skills
- ability to handle large volumes of work effectively
- high energy and strong work ethic
- basic understanding of consumer and brand research

Job Duties
- support Sr. Manager in developing and executing communication strategies across all major consumer touch points
- help drive internal alignment process with key stakeholders
- participate in marketing plan development for new products, attractions, and events
- coordinate integrated marketing efforts including advertising, CRM, media, social, promotions, partnerships, and PR
- assist in channel planning to ensure cohesive marketing action plans
- communicate proactively with cross-functional departments
- monitor and optimize marketing campaigns for visitation and engagement
