Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years customer service or call center experience preferred
  • previous experience within legal, medical, or insurance industry preferred
  • ability to sit for prolonged periods
  • must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Job Duties

  • Answer non-lead phone calls and forward to appropriate team members
  • phone and email leads
  • accurately enter all assigned leads into Litify as intakes
  • daily review of lead status categories to ensure conversion or timely rejection notification
  • provide excellent service to prospective clients and achieve effective rating on quality evaluation scorecards
  • facilitate intake sign-up, referral, and rejection processes for all assigned leads
  • assist fellow intake specialists and receptionists as needed with decision making and coverage of duties
