- 1-3 years customer service or call center experience preferred
- previous experience within legal, medical, or insurance industry preferred
- ability to sit for prolonged periods
- must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Job Duties
- Answer non-lead phone calls and forward to appropriate team members
- phone and email leads
- accurately enter all assigned leads into Litify as intakes
- daily review of lead status categories to ensure conversion or timely rejection notification
- provide excellent service to prospective clients and achieve effective rating on quality evaluation scorecards
- facilitate intake sign-up, referral, and rejection processes for all assigned leads
- assist fellow intake specialists and receptionists as needed with decision making and coverage of duties
