Job Duties
- Perform retention calls
- process applications, renewals, and amendments
- resolve customer problems
- sell membership and financial products
- provide price quotes on insurance products
- take insurance payments
- respond to customers' insurance inquiries and explain product features
- recognize and promote cross-sale opportunities
- provide efficient processing of customer policies and coverage changes
- conduct outbound promotional and retention call activities
- participate in team environment to promote customer satisfaction
- receive and resolve member complaints
- participate in office events to generate revenue
- fulfill and maintain insurance policies
- respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability and coverage
- prepare insurance proposals and billing clarifications
- contact members regarding renewals and payments
- verify new business applications
- refer members to other lines of business
- process insurance and membership payments
- update electronic member information
- maintain filing systems
- provide general agency support
