Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of customer service and administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively
  • FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting
  • Flexibility to work any 7.5-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of customer service and administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Assist with workflow of agent contract and license requirements
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new agents by processing their contracts and licenses
  • Support management in tasks such as preparing for meetings, event planning, creating reports, and pulling documentation for compliance reviews
  • Assist in the training and development of agents including presentations face-to-face and virtually
  • Answer incoming calls and greet guests
  • Manage insurance policy applications as they progress through the new business process
  • Respond to agent inquiries and process service requests
