Job Requirements
- Two or more years of customer service and administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively
- FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting
- Flexibility to work any 7.5-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service and administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Assist with workflow of agent contract and license requirements
- Facilitate the onboarding of new agents by processing their contracts and licenses
- Support management in tasks such as preparing for meetings, event planning, creating reports, and pulling documentation for compliance reviews
- Assist in the training and development of agents including presentations face-to-face and virtually
- Answer incoming calls and greet guests
- Manage insurance policy applications as they progress through the new business process
- Respond to agent inquiries and process service requests
