Job Duties

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls for IBC Insurance in Texas and Oklahoma
  • Maintain basic knowledge of insurance knowledge and department functions to provide inquiry assistance
  • Take and relay messages
  • Greet those entering the building and direct them to the correct destination
  • Receive deliveries
  • Scan all incoming mail for IBC Insurance employees
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Collect mail from the mailbox and distribute it appropriately
  • Perform all other duties assigned by Officers and Managers
