  • Two years experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Previous insurance industry experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors and clients
  • Build and nurture a positive working relationship with office staff
  • Implement operating policies to support the overall office objectives, production, and profitability
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
  • Process documents for clients and office staff
  • Assist with maintaining client files and paperwork
  • Schedule meetings and maintain office staff calendars as needed
  • Answer and transfer phone calls
  • Scan documents
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
