Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and clients
- Build and nurture a positive working relationship with office staff
- Implement operating policies to support the overall office objectives, production, and profitability
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
- Process documents for clients and office staff
- Assist with maintaining client files and paperwork
- Schedule meetings and maintain office staff calendars as needed
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Scan documents
- Order office supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform all other duties as assigned
