- Prior experience in an insurance, sales, or customer-facing role within insurance or financial services is preferred

Job Duties
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a clear understanding of individual insurance needs
- Educate clients on available Property and Casualty insurance solutions, including home, auto, renters, and related coverage options
- Provide accurate quotes, assess risk exposures, and recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on client needs
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve concerns, and assist with claims-related questions in a timely and customer-focused manner
- Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to deliver accurate guidance and support
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records using CRM and related systems
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell coverage to enhance client protection and overall value
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain licensing and strengthen industry knowledge
