Job Requirements
- High school diploma or state issued equivalent
- authorized to live and work in the United States
- ability to participate in DOT Anti-Drug and Alcohol testing program
- basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
- 2-5 years of related job-relevant experience
- hold or has held a professional pilot's license
- preferred associate or college degree
- preferred instructor qualification or type rating
- preferred FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000 hours total flight time
- preferred unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot certificate and unrestricted PIC type rating

- previous teaching or training experience preferred
- customer service orientation
- authorized to live and work in the United States
- basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs

- existing instructor qualification or type rating preferred
- hold or has held a professional pilot's license
- FAR Part 135 experience preferred
- 3,000 hours of total flight time preferred
- unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot certificate and at least one unrestricted PIC type rating preferred
Job Duties
- Provides simulator/flight or classroom instruction on one or more aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, internal training, certificates, and pilot qualifications
- conducts thorough pre and post flight simulator briefings in accordance with CAE standards
- completes required administrative duties including training records and remedial training recommendations
- acts as a subject matter expert in curriculum and courseware creation
- leads client training sessions with professionalism and expertise
- supports continuous improvement in training methods and materials
- participates in qualification advancement to Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman roles
