Job Requirements

  • Hold or meet qualifications for an unrestricted ATP certificate and one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
  • Passion for teaching others
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Participation in CAE's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program
  • Experience flying business aircraft preferred
  • Authorization to live and work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Hold or meet qualifications for an unrestricted ATP certificate
  • Possess at least one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
  • Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
  • Authorized to live and work in the United States
  • Ability to create a welcoming and effective learning environment
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
  • Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records

Job Duties

  • Deliver flight training in a simulator and ground school according to regulatory agencies and CAE curriculum
  • Act as a subject matter expert leading client training
  • Provide simulator, flight, or classroom instruction for licenses and type ratings
  • Conduct pre and post flight simulator briefings professionally
  • Complete required administrative duties including training records and remedial training recommendations
  • Act as SME in curriculum and courseware development
  • Qualify as Training Center Evaluator and contract check airman as needed
