Job Requirements
- Hold or meets qualifications to receive an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
- A passion for teaching others through strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
- Must participate in CAE's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program
- Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
- Must be authorized to live and work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Experience in delivering flight or ground school instruction
- Strong communication skills with a passion for teaching others

- Willingness to tailor training sessions to diverse customer needs
- Commitment to accurate record-keeping in compliance with CAE policy and FAA requirements
Job Duties
- Responsible for the delivery of flight training in a flight simulator and ground school in accordance with regulatory agency, CAE approved curriculum, and customer requirements
- Act as subject matter expert ready to lead clients through their training
- Provide simulator/flight or classroom instruction on one or more aircraft types for issuance of licenses, type ratings, certificates, and pilot qualifications
- Conduct pre and post flight simulator briefings professionally in accordance with CAE standards
- Complete required administrative duties such as training records and remedial training recommendations
- Act as subject matter expert in creation of curricula and courseware when required
