Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • understanding of classroom AV setups including cameras, microphones, mixers, displays, and control systems
  • working knowledge of Zoom, Teams, and software integrations
  • ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in live environments
  • ability to create clear instructions and user guides
  • skill in teaching non-technical users
  • ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • eligibility to work in the United States
  • no visa sponsorship available

Job Qualifications

  • ability to create clear instructions, diagrams, and user guides
  • skill in teaching non-technical users
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • experience or ability to learn new technologies and adjust to evolving needs
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
  • experience designing and deploying AV hardware systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Design and implement classroom AV technology into the building
  • provide AV assistance at College of Business events
  • evaluate and purchase new technology
  • train College of Business faculty, staff, and students on technology use
  • maintain and provide training for the podcast studio, video studio, and lightboard studio
  • diagnose and resolve technical issues during live events
  • create instructional materials and user guides for varied audiences
