Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- understanding of classroom AV setups including cameras, microphones, mixers, displays, and control systems
- working knowledge of Zoom, Teams, and software integrations
- ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in live environments
- ability to create clear instructions and user guides
- skill in teaching non-technical users
- ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks
- strong interpersonal skills
- eligibility to work in the United States
- no visa sponsorship available
Job Qualifications

- ability to create clear instructions, diagrams, and user guides

- experience or ability to learn new technologies and adjust to evolving needs
- proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
- experience designing and deploying AV hardware systems preferred
Job Duties
- Design and implement classroom AV technology into the building
- provide AV assistance at College of Business events
- evaluate and purchase new technology
- train College of Business faculty, staff, and students on technology use
- maintain and provide training for the podcast studio, video studio, and lightboard studio
- diagnose and resolve technical issues during live events
- create instructional materials and user guides for varied audiences
