Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a smartphone with calling and video chat capability
  • Must have access to a computer for paperwork and reporting
  • Ability to stand for 4 to 6 hours per shift
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Availability to work Thursday through Sunday in flexible 4 or 6-hour shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Friendly attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable using a phone with basic calling and video chat capabilities
  • Basic computer skills for reporting purposes
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is an asset but not required
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Reliable transportation to and from events

Job Duties

  • Set up an attractive table with free food or alcohol samples
  • Greet shoppers with a smile and invite them to try something new
  • Encourage conversation and share simple facts about the product
  • Report how the event went through a simple mobile app
  • Provide a welcoming presence with no sales pressure
  • Maintain all provided materials and samples in good condition
  • Assist with minor troubleshooting or questions about the sampling process
