Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a smartphone with calling and video chat capability
- Must have access to a computer for paperwork and reporting
- Ability to stand for 4 to 6 hours per shift
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Availability to work Thursday through Sunday in flexible 4 or 6-hour shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Friendly attitude and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using a phone with basic calling and video chat capabilities
- Basic computer skills for reporting purposes
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is an asset but not required
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Reliable transportation to and from events
Job Duties
- Set up an attractive table with free food or alcohol samples
- Greet shoppers with a smile and invite them to try something new
- Encourage conversation and share simple facts about the product
- Report how the event went through a simple mobile app
- Provide a welcoming presence with no sales pressure
- Maintain all provided materials and samples in good condition
- Assist with minor troubleshooting or questions about the sampling process
