Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Have access to a phone with basic calling and video chat capability
- Access to a computer for reporting and paperwork
- Availability to work flexible shifts Thursday through Sunday
- Own transportation to events
- Friendly attitude and ability to engage with the public
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or promotional roles preferred
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact comfortably with diverse groups of people
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile apps
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations
Job Duties
- Set up an attractive table with free food or alcohol samples
- Greet shoppers with a smile and invite them to try something new
- Encourage conversation and share simple facts about the product
- Report how the event went through a simple mobile app
- Provide a welcoming and friendly presence to shoppers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sampling area
- Attend paid training sessions and follow company guidelines
