Job Duties
- Interface with sales and project management throughout installation, communicate project status, schedule adherence, changes of scope, problems and punch list items, and client satisfaction
- communicate job scope of work with subcontractors
- provide installation technical consultation to project management
- participate in continuous education for industry best practices
- assist in developing and maintaining documentation on industry best practices for training and reference
- oversee the schedule of employees and responsibilities assigned
- manage daily work activities as needed
- support and participate in talent acquisition, onboarding procedures, and development
- visit site and perform field measurements
- secure installation plans and documentation, review them for completeness, accuracy, and definitive scope of work information
- develop project schedule based on jobsite readiness and subcontractor availability
- review work plans, drawings, and installation requirements with lead installer prior to installation beginning
- attend project meetings and communicate project information to project manager or account manager
- schedule and oversee approved installation methods
- verify jobsite readiness for installation
