Job Requirements
- Ability to speak read write and understand English
- availability to work an average of 10 hours per week with potential increase to 20 hours around holidays
- willingness to travel to various retail locations
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving materials
- valid driver's license or reliable transportation to the Roxana IL base location
- commitment to following company policies and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in retail fixture assembly or similar hands-on roles is advantageous
- ability to read and interpret planograms and diagrams
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- reliable and punctual
- physical ability to perform manual labor involved in assembly and installation
Job Duties
- Construct greeting card shelves racks and displays
- ability to connect with team members and store associates effectively
- follow instructions along with planograms diagrams
- assist the Installation Supervisor in gathering and moving materials necessary to complete the display reset
- travel to retail locations as needed
- maintain tools and equipment provided by the company
- comply with safety and company policies
