Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior installation coordination experience strongly preferred
- customer service experience
- basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- excellent organizational skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Job Qualifications
- Prior installation coordinating experience strongly preferred
- customer service experience required
- expert level product and appliance installation knowledge
- ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- strong communication skills
- detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
- ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base including key accounts
- collaborate with sales, logistics, and vendor teams to understand customer requirements for deliveries and installation
- review and modify work orders for accuracy of scope, clarity, required dates, customer contact information, and product availability
- contact customers for scheduling of events such as pre-site visits, delivery, and installation
- update installation calendar with pertinent job conditions
- receive and process pre-site notes, exit checklists, change orders, pictures, and invoices for customer advocacy
- provide formal and final pricing to customers for requested services
- serve as point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and complaints
- write credit memos and sales orders as necessary for returns and rescheduled appointments
