Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Have consistent access to a reliable vehicle
- Own a recent smartphone compatible with the Shopper app
- Pass background checks if required by local laws
- Have valid driver’s license and insurance as per local regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in grocery shopping or delivery is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use smartphone technology and apps proficiently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- Good knowledge of local area and traffic patterns
Job Duties
- Accept orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for grocery items at local stores accurately
- Deliver groceries to customers' doors on time
- Ensure quality and freshness of items while shopping
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders
- Manage a flexible work schedule independently
- Adhere to all legal and safety guidelines including age restrictions for alcohol delivery
