Job Requirements
- 18 or older (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Possess a recent smartphone
- Availability to accept orders subject to batch availability
- Ability to follow instructions and use the Shopper app effectively
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license where applicable
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Have access to a reliable vehicle
- Own a recent smartphone compatible with the Instacart Shopper app
- Basic familiarity with grocery items and shopping procedures
- Ability to operate a smartphone app proficiently
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers
Job Duties
- Receive and fulfill grocery orders through the Instacart Shopper app
- Shop for selected items accurately and efficiently at assigned stores
- Deliver groceries safely and timely to customers' doorsteps
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and substitutions
- Handle payment transactions and process receipts using the app
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping and delivery process
- Promote excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly
